How to disable zoom in chrome
Zoom is a nice feature in Chrome that allows you to enlarge web pages so you can see them more clearly. However, sometimes you may want to disable the zoom feature so that you can view webpages at their normal size. In this article, we’ll show you how to disable zoom in Chrome.
Go to “Settings”
Open Chrome. In the upper-right corner of the screen, click the button. In the drop-down menu that appears, select Settings. At the bottom of the page that appears, click Show advanced settings…. Under “Web Content,” uncheck the box next to “Zoom pages to fit width.”
Click on “Show advanced settings”
At the bottom of the page, click on “Show advanced settings”. This will open up more options. Scroll down to the “Web Content” section. Under “Zoom”, choose the option you want: -The default zoom setting is 100%. To make everything smaller, choose a smaller percentage. To make everything larger, choose a larger percentage. -To change only the font size, click on “Customize font size”. -Check or uncheck “Page zoom”.

To change the zoom level in Google Chrome, follow these steps:
Click the Chrome menu icon. (Three dots at the top-right corner of the screen.)
Click Settings.
At the bottom of the screen, click Advanced.
In the “Web Content” section, uncheck the “Zoom text only” option.
How to disable zoom in Firefox
Zooming in and out of web pages is a common browsing experience. Most browsers, including Firefox, have a default zoom level set. To change this, you can either enter about:config in the Firefox address bar or open the “Settings” menu and click “Options.”
Go to “Options”
Open the Firefox browser and in the upper right corner of the screen, click on the three horizontal lines. This will open a drop-down menu. Select “Options” from this menu.
Select the “Content” tab
- In the upper-right corner of the Firefox window, click the menu button, then click Preferences.
- Select the “Content” tab.
- In the “Zoom” section, choose your zoom level. The default is 100%. To change it, either type in a percentage or use the + and – buttons to increment or decrement the percentage.
- Click OK to close the Preferences window.
Uncheck the “Zoom text only” option
Open the Firefox menu and select Options.
In the General panel, go to the Zoom section and set the “Zoom text only” option to false.
How to disable zoom in Safari
Zooming in and out of webpages is a common feature in all browsers. By default, most browsers will allow you to zoom in and out of webpages. In some cases, you may want to disable this feature. Go to “Preferences”
In the Safari app on your Mac, use the Zoom feature to make text and images larger or smaller on websites. To turn off this feature, choose Safari > Preferences, click Websites, then deselect “Press cmd-+ to zoom in, cmd– to zoom out.”
Click on the “Websites” tab
At the top of the page, click the “Websites” tab. In the left column, scroll down to the “Zoom” section and click on the drop-down menu. Select “Disabled” from the menu.
Select the “Zoom” drop-down menu and choose “Off”
On any webpage, you can click Safari’s “View” menu and select “Zoom.” If you’re visiting a website that has set itself up to be zoomed by default, you can change it back to 100 percent. But if the site is too small for your eyes, maybe it’s time for a new website design.
